This book is, above all, my story: I tell you how I ended my naïveté and the realisations that helped me understand my relationships better, so that I would no longer put myself in disadvantageous situations, or even in situations that pull me down and keep me from unfolding my potential.

I share my experience and the keys that helped me. It is then up to you to take what resonates with your story and make something of it!

I draw on my own story, my experiences and testimonies, but also on certain stories from the Bible and the lessons they can bring us about our relationships, our choices and the way we discern the people around us.

The idea is not to give you yet another list of tips, but to lead you to reflect, through stories, realisations and concrete keys, on your own way of living your relationships.
