Les Intentionnelles is built around an online academy and a non-profit association (French law of 1901) based in France.
Our mission: to let women, primarily aged 18 to 35 and from diverse backgrounds, grow personally and professionally to achieve their ambitions and make an impact on society. Here, you don’t just read or listen: you meet, support each other and take action.

On the last weekend of the month we meet in person: workshops, brunches and meetups, an annual back-to-school conference and, every quarter, an intimate retreat for 10 to 20 participants. Support groups (Business Club, Career Club, Alumni) and solidarity actions for education in Africa, with volunteering opportunities.

The Academy is entirely online, on Circle: masterclasses, replays and learning paths can be followed from anywhere. The network meets in person in Paris, Brussels, Montréal, Québec, Dakar and Abidjan.
You belong here. Les Intentionnelles is for women who want to clarify their vision, with or without a project, with or without certainty. The four pillars cover personal development, career, entrepreneurship and finance: you move forward on the one that speaks to you, surrounded by women who are not all at the same point.
No. Les Intentionnelles is a French non-profit association (loi 1901) created in May 2022, with a mission: to let women grow personally and professionally and make an impact on society. The network also supports charitable initiatives for education in Africa and the Caribbean, defends equal opportunities and gender equality, and each cohort carries out a solidarity project with volunteering opportunities.

Both. The Academy is fully online. The Association offers in-person meetings in the network’s regions: Europe, Canada and Africa.
The Academy lives online on our Circle space: masterclasses, replays and learning paths. The Association lives through the WhatsApp community: meetups, retreats and solidarity actions. Several masterclasses with experts take place every month, notably every first Sunday of the month with the founder and president of Les Intentionnelles, Rachel Loussika Boloko. It opens international content with English-speaking partners and lets you practice English among kind-hearted women. It is included in the Academy + English option and Academy + English option + association plans.
Membership in Les Intentionnelles is an annual commitment. Once your membership is confirmed, no refund can be issued. Each member therefore agrees to pay the full annual fee for their chosen membership plan.
Madame Intentionnelle is the brand and media embodied by Rachel Loussika Boloko, founder and president of Les Intentionnelles. Through her content, books and resources, she carries a vision and speaks to a community of ambitious, visionary women. Les Intentionnelles is the extension of that vision: a network that lets you go further, build connections, meet and share collective experiences to learn, grow and make an impact together.
