How soon do I get my order?
In France, allow 3 to 7 working days. In the European Union, 5 to 10 working days. For international outside the European Union, 10 to 21 working days. For Africa, orders go through WhatsApp Business.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free from €39 in France. Delivery costs are calculated according to your address and delivery method, when you order.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, with no need to give a reason. Details are on the Shipping and returns page.
Do you ship to Africa?
Yes, via WhatsApp Business: you message our bookseller in Dakar, pay by Mobile Money, and your order is shipped once payment is received. Click “Order from Africa” (at the bottom of the page) to open the conversation.
