In France, your order arrives in 3 to 7 working days, in the European Union in 5 to 10 working days, and in the rest of the world outside Africa, in 10 to 21 working days. These times are indicative and run from the day of dispatch. From Africa, the order goes through WhatsApp Business.

Yes, you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the last product in your order, without giving a reason. The books must come back in good condition, complete and unmarked. Once we receive your decision, we refund you within 14 days at the latest, standard delivery costs included. All the details are on the Refunds and withdrawal page.

Yes. You pay online, in euros, over a secure connection: payment is handled by the Shopify platform and its payment providers. We never see or keep your full card number. Before paying, a summary lets you check your order.
